Making the Most of Apple’s Reminders App
Along with this are functions to create and manage your reminders, add checklists, keep track of homework, plot to-do lists, and manage bills. It’s truly an all-in-one task app, yet light enough to use as solely a reminder manager.
Now select the box Install macOS updates.
Micro breaks are just that: a short reminder to look away from the screen and stretch for a bit. Rest breaks are longer—ten minutes by default. You can customize all of this behavior in the settings.

Activity Tracking
Timing has automatic productivity tracking built right in.
There’s a stand-alone Birthday Calendar in Apple’s native app. If it doesn’t appear in your Calendar by default, you can easily add it in Preferences > General > Show birthday calendar.
Sync to your iPhone with MobileMe. With iCal and MobileMe, events automatically sync across your devices. Save a reminder. See it on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Agenda is integrated with iCloud, so your notes are kept in sync across each of your Macs, iPhone and iPads. Add a note on one and within seconds it will appear on the others. Wherever you go, you always know what's on the agenda.
